Five hours of support, used when you need them
Every plan includes an hour of hands-on work each month. When you have more to do, a block of five hours costs £300 plus VAT, which is £60 an hour instead of the usual £70. You use it in 15-minute steps over the next 12 months, and it does not expire at the end of the month.
What the hours cover
Anything hands-on that is not already part of your plan. Updates, security, backups and monitoring never touch your hours.
- New pages and sections, and changes to existing ones
- Content, image and layout updates you would rather not do yourself
- Compliance changes: cookie banners, privacy wording, legal page updates
- Plugin configuration, forms, integrations and small fixes
- Entering translated content, product updates, seasonal changes
- Advice: a call or a written recommendation on a change you are considering
Larger projects such as a redesign or a new shop are quoted separately. We tell you before we start if a job will not fit.

Card or bank payment, £300 plus VAT. You get a receipt by email straight away. - Send us the work
Email your named contact as usual. If you told us what you want done first, we will already be on it. - We log time in 15-minute steps
Your included monthly hour is used first, then the block. Ask for a statement of hours used at any time. - Twelve months to use it
Hours in the block do not expire month to month. Whatever is left after 12 months lapses, and we will remind you before then.
